These terms are between you (the shop) and Abbasi Labs LLC for the Job Card app.
Job Card
A work ticket on your phone. It is not a bank, not a card processor for your customers, and not an AI product.
License
A personal, non-exclusive license to use Job Card on devices you control, for your own shop. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or rebrand the app as your product.
Your data
Shop records live on your device in this version. You are responsible for who holds the phone and for estimates and invoices you send.
Payments
Recording how a customer paid is a note. We do not collect that money. Store subscriptions follow that store’s terms.
No guaranteed results
We do not promise more jobs, faster pay, or any amount of revenue.
