These terms are between you (the shop) and Abbasi Labs LLC for the Job Card app.
Job Card
A work ticket on your phone: estimates, photos, invoices, and a record of how the customer paid the shop. It is not a bank, not a card processor for your customers, and not an AI product.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use Job Card on devices you control, for your own shop. You may not resell the app, strip our name, or ship it as your own product.
Your data
Shop records live on the phone. You are responsible for who holds that phone and for the estimates and invoices you send.
Your customers
When you text an estimate or an invoice, you are speaking as the shop. Abbasi Labs is not a party to that job. The customer does not need this app to read the message. Phone alerts are for you on this device. They do not message the customer.
Payments
Recording how a customer paid is a note. A pay link or QR opens the shop’s own bank, cash app, or pay page. Job Card does not take that money and does not charge the customer. On Android, Google Play bills the Job Card plan at the price shown in Google Play. That store’s payment terms also apply. Your customers are not charged for the plan.
No guaranteed results
We do not promise more jobs, faster pay, or any amount of revenue.
Limitation
To the extent the law allows, Job Card is provided as-is. Abbasi Labs is not liable for lost jobs, lost photos, or lost invoices beyond what Florida law requires.
Changes
We may update these terms in a later version of the app or on this page. Continued use after an update is acceptance.
