Job Card is a work ticket on your phone for shops that go to the job. Abbasi Labs LLC, Florida.
Who this is for
Job Card is for the shop. It is not directed at children under 13.
What stays on this phone
- Shop name, trade, rates, terms, license number, price list, and crew.
- Customers, jobs, photos, invoices, and message drafts you create.
- A PIN hash if you set a PIN. The PIN itself is not stored in plain text.
- If you buy the Job Card plan, a Google Play receipt token stays on this phone so Restore can find that purchase.
What leaves this phone
- Texts and PDFs go out only when you tap Send in Messages or the share sheet.
- Map opens the Maps app with the address you typed. Job Card does not record GPS and does not track the phone in the background.
- The Job Card plan is billed by Google Play. Purchase history for that plan is handled by Google Play.
There is no Job Card account in the cloud. Another shop cannot read this phone’s customers or jobs. We do not sell your customer list. We do not show ads. We do not run a tracking SDK.
Camera is used only when you photograph a job. The photo picker is used when you attach one picture. Phone alerts you turn on are scheduled on this device. We do not send those alerts from a server.
Payments
Recording how a customer paid is a note on the job. It does not charge the customer. A pay QR on an unpaid invoice opens the bank, cash app, or pay page the shop added. Job Card is not a bank and does not take that money.
Delete
Shop → Job Card settings → Delete this shop removes the shop, customers, jobs, photos, invoices, and PIN from this phone. Uninstalling the app removes it too, unless the phone’s own backup copied the app files.
