People → customer file → New job (days + tech) → price list, parts, photos → Send estimate or Share PDF (you tap Send) → extra yes → done list → invoice → Record paid.
The customer does not need the app. The quote is the full text.
PIN
We cannot email a reset. Change it in Shop → Lock. Delete this shop wipes this phone’s Job Card.
Backup
Shop → Backup shop saves records on this phone. Photos stay in the photo folder. There is no cloud copy in this version.
Delete my data
In the app: Shop → Delete this shop, or uninstall Job Card.
