VetBill (동물병원비 해석) is a receipt reader on your phone. Abbasi Labs LLC, Florida. Photos and policy numbers stay on that phone in this version.
What stays on this phone
Receipt photos, Korean line items you edit, claim-checklist stamps, and optional policy notes (pet name, start date, registration number, insurer memo). Reading the photo happens on the device. We do not operate a hospital API.
What we do not do
We do not sell your photos. We do not file insurance claims. We do not diagnose animals. We do not collect national ID, bank account, or resident numbers.
Advertising
The app is free. When ads are on, an ad network may use the device advertising ID to show ads. Receipt photos and policy numbers are not sent to the ad network. You can reset or opt out of ads personalization in Android settings.
Camera and photos
Camera and the system photo picker are used only to attach a receipt you choose. Share uses the phone share sheet — you pick where the checklist goes.
Payments
This version is free. We do not collect insurance money. If a past store subscription exists on the device, the store still holds that purchase history.
Uninstall / delete
Delete a receipt in the app, or uninstall. There is no cloud copy to erase on our servers in this version.
